Cookies

We will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser and is only used to let website customization software perform correctly or third-party analytics software to work correctly.

Who we share your data with

Your data is not shared with anybody outside of ReaderScale and will only be collected for the purposes of contact and/or downloading information such as case studies or other PDFs. All of our emails include unsubscribe links and you will not be entered into our database without opting in.

Where we send your data

Your data may be sent back to data analytics platforms for the purpose of campaign tracking, or advertising platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc. but it will be hashed and fully private.

Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

ReaderScale runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our clients with Meta's business tools, including our Meta app, Subscriber Growth Tracker. Through these tools we access only the Meta Platform Data that work needs:

• Ad account performance data, such as spend, impressions, clicks and results, for ad accounts our clients have given us access to.
• Comments on our clients' Facebook and Instagram Pages that are left on ads we manage for them, so we can read and reply to them.
• Conversion events, such as a form submission or a new subscription, that our landing pages and our clients' websites send to Meta server-side through the Conversions API. Personal details in these events are hashed before they are sent.

We use this data only to run, measure and report on our clients' campaigns. We never sell it and we do not use it for any other purpose.
