Data Deletion

Effective date: November 4, 2026

This page explains how to ask ReaderScale, a brand of Craft Everything LLC, to delete data we received through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including through our Meta app, Subscriber Growth Tracker. Our Privacy Policy describes what that data is and how we use it.

How to request deletion

Email andrew@readerscale.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:

• Your name.
• The email address, Facebook profile or Instagram account the request is about.
• If you are a business, the Facebook Page or ad account the request is about.

What we delete

• Ad account performance data we stored for your ad account.
• Comments from your Facebook or Instagram account that we stored, and any replies we drafted to them.
• Conversion event records we stored about you.
• Your contact details, if you gave them to us.

We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

When it happens

We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

Remove our app's access on Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations.
3. Find Subscriber Growth Tracker, select it, and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops any new data from reaching us. To delete data we already have, email us as described above.
